César Ovidio Reyes, thought he would never be a victim of a robbery would allow achieving a visa to be legal in the United States. With the support of lawyer Stefan Latorre succeeded.

Three years ago César Ovidio began its process after being assaulted and seriously injured in a lung as he returned from work to his home in Winston Salem.
