Que contin\u00faa sin aplicaci\u00f3n programas como el DAPA, que permitir\u00eda a los padres de ciudadanos americanos y de residentes permanentes legales,\u00a0solicitar acci\u00f3n diferida y autorizaci\u00f3n de empleo por tres a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, no habr\u00e1 posibilidad de ampliar el programa de acci\u00f3n diferida \u2013DACA- que actualmente aplica para los j\u00f3venes que llegaron a los Estados Unidos antes de cumplir 16 a\u00f1os y antes del 15 de junio de 2007.<\/p>\n<p>Estas acciones ejecutivas eran la esperanza para m\u00e1s de 10 millones de personas que viven indocumentadas en los Estados Unidos. Ahora, solo queda esperar la decisi\u00f3n de la Corte Suprema que tendr\u00e1 la \u00faltima palabra, tras la apelaci\u00f3n hecha por el Gobierno Obama el martes en la tarde.<\/p>\n<p>Es de recordar, que las acciones ejecutivas fueron demandadas por una coalici\u00f3n de 26 estados, entre ellos Carolina del Norte, que fueron liderados por Texas.<\/p>\n<p>Desde aqu\u00ed hemos apoyado y alentado todas las iniciativas que se han promovido en bien de tantos migrantes que han llegado a los Estados Unidos en busca de un futuro mejor.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso hoy m\u00e1s que nunca queremos que sepan que seguimos apoy\u00e1ndolos, porque sabemos que son personas que d\u00eda a d\u00eda trabajan por el bienestar de sus familias.<\/p>\n<p>Estamos listos para asesorarlos y acompa\u00f1arlos en este proceso para que sus sue\u00f1os se hagan realidad, y esperamos que entre todos encontremos el mejor camino para lograrlo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Una desafortunada noticia llega para nuestra comunidad migrante esta semana.
